Reception accorded to 5 successful women in Sylhet

Reception accorded to 5 successful women in SylhetA reception was accorded to 5 Joyeetas (winning women) of the district here on Sunday marking the International Women’s Day (IWD).
BMC, a leading non-governmental organization, arranged the reception under its Social Empowerment Programme.
The women were Jubeda Konok Khan, Shahida Khatun, Shamiara Begum, Shekh Mina Begum, Dalia Hque Laboni. Additional police commissioner of SMP S.M Rokun Uddin attended the reception and distributed the prizes to the winners as the chief guest. Dewan Tofik Mozid Laek, Advocate Shamsul Islam, Prof. Jubeda Konok Khan, Shorif Ahmed Loskor, Mahbubul Alam Milon and journalists were present on the occasion.
