Elita`s self-titled album launched

Popular singer Elita Karim, also a journalist, has been rendering song for last 12 years. She rendered songs for a duet album titled Antohin with Mahadi, different mixed albums, TV plays, telefilms and movies. Her several numbers of songs became popular to all.Elita’s self-titled album was launched at a programme at Daily Star Centre in the city’s Karwanbazar area on Sunday evening. Girona Bangladesh and Multi Sourcing Ltd jointly produced the album. There are eight songs in the album. Anik Khan, Robiul Islam Jibon, Abdar Rahman, Sondhi and Fuad wrote lyrics of the songs of the album, while its music was composed by Adit, Sondhi, Shaker, Polash and Fuad. While sharing her feelings about her debut solo album Elita told this correspondent, “I am really feeling well to present my first album for the listeners. I hope listeners will enjoy songs of the album. Most of the songs are melody typed. I have tried my level best to introduce variations in lyrics and music composition of the songs including application of acoustic tunes. It got priority in the composition.”
