Al-Siddique Welfare Trust organises meeting to establish an eye hospital in Chatok

10Al-Siddique Welfare trust organised a meeting on 15 June in Micro Business Centre in East London to discuss about founding an eye hospital in Chatok.  The participants discussed the planning and fund raising on establishing a hospital in Jathua area near Sylhet-Shunmaganj Highway.
President of the Trust Mohammod Ali Talukdar presided over the meeting.  General Secretary Ruhul Amin and Joint Secretary Soleman Ali Pir jointly conducted it.
Participants who took part in the discussion included organisation’s founder President Jamal Hossain Chowdhury, Senior Vice-President Maolana Abdul Awal Chatoki, Treasurer Masum Miah Talukdar, Joint Secretary Humayun Khan, Publicity Secretary Niaz Chowdhury and others.
Guests who took part in the discussion included Barrister Fakhrul Alam Chowdhury, Community Leader Mujibur Rahman, founder President of Chatok Jubo Shangsha Sanaor Ali Koyes, Barrister Shah Misbaur Rahman, Cllr. Mayum Miah Talukdar, Cllr. Mahbub Alam, Abdul Towahid, Sultan Ali Pir, Abbasuzzaman Abbas, General Secretary of Sunamganj District Association Anisuzzaman Azad, Majlis Talukdar, Anwar Hossain, Abul Hossain, Foyez Ahmed Chowdhury, Abdul Ali, Emdad Talukdar, Nurul Islam Pir, Showkoth Ali, Ashraf Miah Raju, Shohid Ali, Syed Miah Talukdar, Joynal Miah, Abu Sayeed, Maolana Rafique Ali, Maolana Abul Kalam Azad, Kawsar Ahmed and others.
Trust’s General Secretary Ruhul Amin donated two care land for the proposed eye-hospital in the meeting.  The land is worth one crore taka in its present market value.
