M Mohid Ali Mithu meets M A Mannan MP

State Minister for Finance and Planning, M A Mannan MP has said that non resident Bangladeshi always played a significant role in every types of activities including liberation war.  Bangladeshi expats provided financial and intellectual help to Bangladesh during the liberation war.
The present government lead by Sheikh Hasina is very active to in increasing the facilities for the non resident Bangladeshis. He said this in a meeting at his secretariat with Sheffield Awami League President M Mohid Ali Mithu.
M Mohid Ali Mithu urged the Minister to take actions to stop harassment of expats in Bangladesh.  He also requested the Minister to consider giving CIP cards to expats who sends remittance to Bangladesh regularly.
