Mohed Ali Mitu hopes to fight with Boat symbol in Sylhet 2

Funder President of Awami League Sheffield branch and member of UK Awami League executive committee Mohammed Mohed Ali Mitu expressed his interest for candidacy for Sylhet 2 (Osmaninagar, Balaganj and Bishwanath) form Awami League representing Boat symbol.  He told this in a meeting held in a reastaurent hall room in sylhet on Saturday27 Februaty in a view exchanging meeting with local journalists.
In the meeting   Mohammed Mohed Ali  Mitu told that throughout his life, he has been trying to help the poor and destitute people of the society and now he wants to expand the area of his social work and hence willing to submit his candidacy under Awami League for Sylhet 2 parliamentary constituency.
He also said that he has been a trusted and dedicated member of Awami League and he has proved it by standing by its side event in most of crisis periods.  During 1/11, when Awami League was passing the crisis period, he lobbied for the release of Sheikh Hasina in United Nations, European Parliament, Foreign Commonwealth Office and in British Parliament.
He also mentioned that he does not believe in group politics.  He believes in taking forward the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.  His main job and responsibility is now to work to build Sonar Bangla which was the dream of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
