Jainaidaha fake tester gets 1 year imprisonment

The Jamaat-e-Islami court has sentenced a fake examiner named Nazmus Sabik to jail for proxy for second year honors in Jhenaidah. Executive Magistrate Suvrash Chakma of the district administration gave the sentence on Wednesday afternoon.

Sentenced Nazmus Shakib, son of Rezaul Islam of Harishankarpur village of sadar upazila. It is learned from the court that on Wednesday, Jhenaidaha Government KC College was held in the same year as Honor’s second year English test.

Instead of a student named Shamim Reza of Islamic History Department of the college, a young man named Nazmus Sabik was in the examination.

After being arrested and handed over to the court, the court judge gave him a one-year jail sentence under Section 3 of the Public Examination (Criminal Law) 1980. Jainaidaha Sadar police station SI Kabir and SI Prabir were present in the court with the accompanying force.
