Bangladesh can grow economically fast if private sectors come forward to provide services along with the Government.¬† Non-resident Bangladeshis are also playing in important role by investing in private sectors.¬† As a result, NRBs across the world will be benefited from the improved services. President of Sylhet Chamber of Commerce and Airlines Club Sylhet, Khandokar Shiper Ahmed told this in a press conference on Friday 4th May in a restaurant in East London.
Meet and Greet Assist Service has already become popular in providing assistance and help to the non-resident Bangladeshis who travel to Bangladesh.¬† Finance Minister M A Muhit inaugurated the acitivities of the company nearly one and half years ago.
Khandakar Shipar Ahmed also said that people who will travel to Bangladesh can take this service with a nominal cost if they book in advance.¬† By spending only 4/5 pounds they can get the assistance of this company.¬† Uniformed Meet and Greet Assist Service members will help them at the airport form picking up luggage to safe transport hiring.

He also emphasised that there are there is a huge potential in tourism sector.¬† Three/four five stars hotels in Sylhet are already doing good business.¬† Government is also planning ¬†to approve 17 Economic zone, one of them would be Srihatta Economic zone.¬† The work has already started for 163 Acre Sylhet Tecono Park which will generate many job and opportunities both for local people and people who are living abroad.
