journalist and community activist jewel Sadat Got Public Service Community Award


News Editor of ProbasherNews.com and Prothom Alo  North America Edition Special Correspondent , journalist and community activist, Jewel Sadat, received public service community award by Bangladesh Samity of Central Florida on 29 June 2019. After 18 years of continuous service to the community, the Bangladesh Samiti nominated him for special service, and gave him special  award. The Mayor of the local Sonford, Jeff Trimpled and Bangladesh Association leaders gave him Special Award . Jewel has been involved in  journalism for 25 years, he is dedicated to the service of the community. He is well-known as a columnist and poet. His published book 6 and a poem’s CD. Three books waiting to be published, which will be published in the 2020 book fair .

He is involved in numerous countries abroad. He is the International Affairs Secretary of the Bangabandhu Research Society, he is the governor of Bangladesh Green Crescent Society, he is the Chief Trustee of the One Pound Hospital and CEO of Sadat Foundation. He is also involved in the advisory of national daily Rajniti . Through the Sadat Foundation, he has created a number of innovations in Sylhet, Brahmanbaria, Manikganj and Netrokona. Before coming to America in 2001, he was involved in government service as an Assistant Mass communication  Officer of the Department of Ansar & VDP of Bangladesh Government. He was in charge of the Sylhet division of the Ansar-VDP’s Sylhet division . He has been the Appointed of the Goodwill and Promotion Committee of  FOBANA  2019. He has already been recognized in different countries by different organizations given recognition in different countries. He traveled to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, London, Canada, India, Taiwan.
