3 killed in Tangail road accident

Three people were killed in a road accident on Dhaka-Tangail highway in Postkamuri Charpara area in Mirzapur upazila of Tangail early Sunday.

The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
According to police sources, a Bogura-bound truck overturned on the island of the road as its driver lost control over the steering at 1:00 am in the area, leaving trio dead on the spot.

Dulal, sub-inspector of Gorai Highway Police Station, confirmed the matter.
