South Korea to resume visa processing for Bangladeshis on Monday

South Korea will resume receiving visa applications from Bangladeshi nationals, including students, on Monday. Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen disclosed the information on Sunday. South Korea stopped issuing new visas and strengthened entry restrictions for Bangladeshi nationals on June 23 last year after some people tested positive at South Korea despite carrying Covid-19 negative reports from Bangladesh.

Coronavirus: Nationwide vaccination starts

Health Minister Zahid Maleque inaugurated nationwide COVID-19 vaccine campaign on Sunday morning at a virtual event at the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) in the capital.
