Police Reserve Range inaugurating in South Surma Shekh Hasina not only Prime minister, also a great world leader —————– IGP

 Inspector General of Police AKM Shahidul Haque has said that law enforcers are working to trace missing BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed as police is responsible to find out any missing person. He said, ‘Shekh Hasina not only Primeminister, also a great world leader’. The police boss made the remarks while talking to reporters after inaugurating Police Reserve Range at Lalabazar in South Surman on Friday.
Regarding Dhaka and Chittagong city corporations election, he said, ‘We’ll cooperate the Election Commission to hold a free and peaceful election.’ He also assured that militancy, terrorism and a culture of abduction and forced disappearance would soon be kicked out from the country. ‘Militant activities have started growing in the country in 2013. Eighteen police personnel were killed while 300 were made disabled and 3,000 were injured at that time,’ Haque added.
DIG of Police Sylhet Range, MizanurRahman; SMP Commissioner, Md. Kamrul Ahsan DC of Sylhet Md. Shohidul Islam, SP Noore Alam Meena, RRF Comandent Ansar Uddin Khan Pathan, Chairman of Dakshin Surma upazila parishad Mohammed Abu Jahid, Engineer Aminul Islam also spoke on the occassion. High police officials were present in the porgramme.
