Student killed in BCL infighting at Sylhet college

A student was killed after infighting between activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League at Sylhet’s Madan Mohan College today.
The victim was identified as Abdul Alim, 19, a second year student of the college and an activist of BCL .
The infighting initiated from an altercation at campus premises, witnesses and police said. Alim was stabbed during the row and later was rushed to a hospital.
He succumbed to his stab wounds while attending treatments at Osmani Medical College Hospital, said Sohel Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Sylhet Kotwali Police Station.
