10 hurt as two pro-AL bodies clash in Sylhet

At least 10 people were injured in a clash between two associate bodies of the ruling Awami League in Bishwnath upazila of Sylhet on Monday.
Police quoted locals as saying that two groups — one led by local BCL activist Jamal and the other by BCL  activist Shamim — locked in an altercation at Bishwnath  Notun bazar area on Monday Afternoon.
At one stage, the groups attacked each other with sticks and bamboos that left at least 10 people from both sides injured, said Mohammad Rofikul Hossain, officer-in-charge of Bishwnath Police Station.
