Jamaat leader held in Sylhet

Police in a drive arrested a local Jamaat-e-Islami leader from Dawkolos Union in Biswanath  upazila of Sylhet  district on Monday.
The arrestee was identified as Abdul Mojid, Vice President of Union jamaat in Biswanath upazila.
Mohammad Rofikul Hossain, officer-in-charge of Bishwnath Police Station.
said they conducted a raid at  Dawkolos Village and arrested him.
The arrestee was accused in six sabotage cases filed with the police station, added the OC.
