Youth held with Indian liquor in Sylhet

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive arrested a young man along with 101 bottles on Indian liquor from Uttar Jail Road area of the city on Saturday night.
The arrestee was identified as Madud Ahmed, 3o, son of Abdul Barik, a resident of Polashpur village of Jakiganj upazila.
Rab sources said a team of the elite force, led by ASP MD Moin Uddin, conducted the drive in the area around 9pm and arrested Madud along with 101 bottles of Indian liquor.
They also seized a private car.
