19 Shibir men held in Sylhet

Police in a drive arrested 19 leaders and activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir from a student mess in Madina Market area of the city on Wednesday.
The arrestees are the students of different universities, including Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
Sohel Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station said. On secret information, a joint team of Kotwali, Jalalabad and Bimanbandar police stations conducted the drive in the area and arrested them from the mess in the evening.
