Sexagenarian man’s body found in Sylhet

Police recovered the body of a sexagenarian man from a hotel room in Dakkhin Surma upazila on Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Abdur Rahim, 65, of Sonaichhari village in Sitakunda upazila of Chittagong.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Dakkhin Surma Police Station Ataur Rahman said, being  informed, police rushed to Joba Bedding at old Rail Station area t about 9am. They broke open the door of room 17 and found the body lying on the bed.
The dead body was sent to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical Collage Hospital morgue for autopsy, the OC added.
