RU student held for proxy in RAKUB exam

The authority of Rajshahi University (RU) detained two students and handed over police including a RU student in charge of proxy at Rajshahi Krisi Unnoun Bank (RAKUB) second class rank officer   appointment  exam. They were detained from at university Second Science building on during second shift exam at  around 11.30 am on Friday.

The detainee were  identified as university MBA marketing department student Abdullah Al-Mamun and Sadiquel Islam residential of Joypurhat sadar district.

Contacted, Registrar of appointment exam and head of the  management department at RU Jinnat Ara Beagum said, controller of exam center  suspect them involvement with proxy. After checking ins and out authority got probe  involvement with proxy. Later detained them Proctor office handed over  Motiher Police station.

In this regared, Humayon Kabir  officer-in-charge (OC) of Motiher Police Station said, two students detained from RU campus. Anyone did not filed with case against them and they will free from jail if anyone do not fill with any suit.

It is noted that the second rank appointment exam was postponed on last November 17 readmit of mistaken questions. A total of 31019 applicants toke part against 108 vacant seats.
