Asian Catering Foundation recently organised a Road Show and Gala Dinner Party focusing on ‘how to achieve more success on restaurant business and providing nutrient and healthy food’. The event took place in the hall room of Cardiff City Stadium where around 250 representatives from nearby restaurants and community activists took part. Asian Catering Federation and Just Eat jointly organised this event.
On his opening speech, Chairman of the fedaretion, Yaor Khan focused on the crisis that the curry industry now is facing. He urged everyone to work together resolve the skilled chef and immigration issues. He also emphasised on organising more shows in the future.
Graham Corfield of Just Eat told that it is possible to expand the curry business using information technology. He also told that Just Eat will always co-operate the curry industry in Britain.
Food nutritionist Ruth Tong told that Britain’s curry industry can thrive if they provide more healthy food to customers. Local catering leaders and community activists also addressed the audience at the event.
Prominent dance group K Spark performed Bollywood dance at the event.
