Jubeda Khatun Foundation Trust distributes winter clothes and blankets to a poor people

9President of Jubeda Khatun Foundation Trust and President of Kamalganj Association UK  Faruque Ahmed and his family and friends donated winter clothes and blankets to 250 poor people.

President of District Awami League and former Chief Whip Md Abdus Shahid MP was present at the giving away which took place in Sidheshwari Shahi Eidgah Maidan in Rahimpur Union on Saturday 28 January.

Chief Co-ordinator of the Trust Imtiaz Ahmed Bulbul presided over the event which was presented by Jubo League leader Abul Boshor.  The special guests were member of Awami League central executive committee and Chairman of Kamalganj Upozila Porishad Professor Md Rafiqur Rahman, President of Upozila Awami League M Musaddek Ahmed Manik, Member of Mowlvibazar District Council Selim Ahmed, Mayor of Kamalganj Municipality Md Jewel Ahmed, Chairman of Rahimpur Union Eftekhar Ahmed Badrul, Chairman of Munshibazar UP Abdul Motalib Tarafdar, Principal of Kamalganj Degree College Kamruzzaman Miah, Organising Secretary of Upozila Awami League Professor Harunur Rashid Bhuyan, Director of Mowlvibazar Polli Bidyut Shomity Professor Md Abdul Ahad, President of Kamalganj Press Club  Journalist Pronit Ranjan Devnath, General Secretary Journalist Shahin Ahmed, Vice-president of Rahimpur Awami League Mostaq Ahmed Kukon, General Secretary Dipendra Kumar Roy (Dipu), UP Member Maidul Islam and others.

Around 250 people were benefitted from the benevolence of the trust. People who received the donations were very happy and prayed for the longevity of the trust members.

Point to be noted that Jubeda Khatun Foundation Trust is working tirelessly for the benefit of poor and destitute people of the area.

The trust provides financial help during Durga Puja, Eid celebration, help the meritorious students of local area and other social acitivities for the welfare of local deprived and underprivileged people of the area.
