Jubada Khatun Foundation Trust distributes cash to poor people for Durga Puja Festival

Chairman of the Jubada Khatun Foundation Trust of Komalganj and President of Komalganj Welfare Society in the UK Faruque Ahmed initiated to distributed money to73 poor persons on the occasion of a big Hindu Festival Durga Puja .  The cash of Taka One lakh two thousand and two hundred was arranged by his family friends Dr. Prativa Chakrabraty, Sreemoti  Swashati Basu, Shreemoti Bula Mitra and Mr. Bhaskar Patel.

A meeting was arranged on the occasion at resident of Vice Principal Md. Abdus Shohid MP on September 22. It was Presided over by Head Master of kali Proshad High School Satandra Kumar Nantu, and conducted by Editor of Komalkunri  Pintu Devnat.  The Chief Guest was President of Komalganj Awami League AM Moseddique Hossaion Manik.  Special Guest was Chairman of Rahimpur Union No.1 Iftakher Ahmed Badrul  (gold medallist)and Guest of Honour Md. Imtiaj Ahmed Bulbul, Chief Coordinator of Bangladesh Jubada Khatun Trust respectively.

The meeting was attended by social worker Md. Shamsud Ahmed, ex Head Master Haripada Devnath, President of Rahimpur Awami League Mostaque Ahmed Khokon, General Secretary Dipak Kanti Roy, UP member Maidul Isalam Kabul, social worker Ferdous Ahmed.

A prayer was conducted for blessings to All Mighty by the priest of Hindu Religion Khoka Goswami.

The recipients of the grant were very happy, they prayed for long life of organisers of Jubeda Kahtun Welfare Trust. They also wanted to increase the amount of money in near future.

It is noted the Jubeda Khatun Foundation Trust helps poor people during Eid Festivals,  Durga puja, distribute Warm clothes on winter seasons and help poor meritorious students.
