Prime minister returns home from London

A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the prime minister and her entourage landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 9:55am.

She departed from the Heathrow Airport in London at 6:35pm (local time) on Friday and Bangladesh high commissioner to the UK Sayeeda Muna Tasneem saw Sheikh Hasina off at the airport.The premier went to London on May 1.

Earlier on Thursday, the prime minister attended a view-exchange meeting organised by the United Kingdom (UK) chapter of Bangladesh Awami League and its associate bodies at Taj Hotel in London.
