No bar to make report on sub-judice cases: Anisul

In reply to a question of a journalist, the law minister came up with the remark after the meeting with ambassadors of Switzerland and Sweden and representatives of United Nations and UNDP.

Asked about the Supreme Court’s instruction on reporting of sub-judice matters, the law minister said, “I want to make it clear that there is a meaning of sub-judice. Sub-judice case is such a case that is under trial but not functioning. The Supreme Court is also saying not to give opinion on any case that is under trial but not functioning.”
