5th phase polls in 21 upazilas on Tuesday

Dhaka, June 17 : The fifth and final phase of the upazila parishad elections will be held to 21 upazilas on Tuesday (June 18).

The polling will take place from 8 am to 4 pm without any break in the respective upazilas, Election Commission (EC) sources said.

The Election Commission has taken all necessary preparations for the 5th phase election the sources added.

All sorts of rallies, processions and showdowns will remain prohibited in the election areas from Jun 16.
