Major (retd) Akhtaruzzaman expelled from BNP

Major (retd) Akhtaruzzaman has been expelled from BNP on charge of breaching the party discipline.

BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi confirmed the matter on Sunday.

The party has expelled Akhtaruzzaman over an allegation of involving activities which were beyond the party discipline, Rizvi added.
