Biden to nominate Bridget Brink as US ambassador to Ukraine on Monday

US President Joe Biden will on Monday officially nominate Bridget Brink as US ambassador to Kiev, Reuters reported on Sunday, citing a US official.

Brink is currently the US ambassador to Slovakia.

The position of US ambassador to Ukraine has been vacant since May 2019.

At the moment, Bridget Brink is the US ambassador to Slovakia.
