Fargana Hoque became the first Bangladeshi women cricketer to score a century in one-day international (ODI) during the third and final ODI against India at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on Saturday.
Fargana got run out in the last ball of the innings after scoring 107 off 160 deliveries with seven boundaries.
Bangladesh women scored 225 runs after losing four wickets in 50 overs against the visiting India.
Besides, Shamima Sultana also scored a half century, 52 off 78 deliveries with five boundaries.
Earlier, Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana won the toss and chose to bat first.
Bangladesh won the first match by 40 runs under DLS method, before India leveled the series with a massive 108-run victory in the second game.
