Addl Attorney General Munir resigns

Additional Attorney General SM Munir has resigned.

He submitted his resignation letter at the office of attorney general on Thursday (August 8).

Earlier on Wednesday, Attorney General AM Amin Uddin has resigned.

The government in September 1, 2020, appointed SM Munir, senior lawyer of the Supreme Court, as attorney general.
