Hasina, 24 others sued over garment worker’s death in Dhaka

Another murder case has been filed against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and 24 others over the death of garment worker Md Sohel Rana in the city’s Adabor area on August 5.

Mohammad Ibrahim, brother of Sohel Rana, submitted a petition with the Court of Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Md Sultan Sohag Uddin to file the case on Tuesday morning. After recording the statement, the magistrate directed Adabor Police Station OC to register the complaint as a first information report (FIR).
