Madrasa fire in Kuala Lumpur, 25 dead

Five people, including a student, were killed in a madrasa in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s capital Kuala Lumpur. The incident happened in the madrasa in the madrasa named Tahrif Darrul Qur’an Itifakiyah at 5:40 pm local time on Thursday.

Khabur Dahman, Director of the Fire and Rescue Department of the BBC, Kuala Lumpur, confirmed the number of casualties in the media. He said that 23 students were killed in the fire.
