Ipswich Suffolk Bangladeshi Society organises charity dinner for Iqra International

50Likewise many other expats living in different parts of the UK, Ipswich Suffolk Bangladeshi has come forward to support Iqra Academy, a project of Iqra International, which is working for the disable people of Bangladesh. A charity dinner was held in a local restaurant in Ipswich on 13th May which was presided over by Head of Programme of Channel S Farhan Masud Khan presided over the event.

Guest who addressed the audience included Chairman of Iqra International Abdul Haque Habib, Chair of Suffolk Bangladesh Society Manik Miah, Senior Vice-President S A RAbbani, Secretary Abdul Motlib Ahmed, Tresurer Anwar Chowdhury and others.

Sultan Ahmed conducted the fund raising event and Char Abdul Haque expressed his gratitude to everyone who attended the event.

Other speakers emphasised that the activities that Iqra International are conducting are well-praised by all.

The society urged every expats to come forward and help the activities of Iqra so that disable poor people of Bangladesh can be helped.
