National Legal Aid Day observed in Sylhet

National Legal Aid Day-2015 was observed in the district through daylong programmes organized by the District Legal Aid Committee.

The theme of this year’s National Legal Aid Day is “Door open for getting legal aid from the government.”

A colourful rally, discussion meeting and a daylong fair was organized marking the day. District Legal Aid Committee brought out the colorful rally from Sylhet District Judge Court premises in the morning. The rally paraded major streets of the town.

After the rally, district legal aid committee chairman and district and session Judge Monir ahmed patwary inaugurated a daylong legal aid fair and voluntary blood donation programme on the premises of District Judge Court.
