157 bottles wine seized in Sylhet

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members in several drives seized 157 bottles of Indian wine from border areas in Sylhet on Monday.
A press release from BGB revealed the matter.
The press release said acting on tip-off BGB members conducted separate drives at Companiganj and Gowainghat upazilas of the district and Chhatak upazila of Sunamganj district and seized a total of 157 bottles of Indian wine in abandoned condition, worth Tk around 2.5 lakh.
