UK Nirmul Committee condemns Holey Artisan attack

UK Nirmul Committee members attended a gathering at Altab Ali Park, East London on 4 July to show solidarity with victims of Holey Artisan Bakery attack that took place on Friday 1 July.

Nirmul Committee activists said that Dhaka attack was a threat to humanity. We condemn this inhumane attack against unarmed innocent civilians. They urged that it is time to stand united against Islamist terrorism which has taken so many innocent lives.

A delegation comprising of Asst Secretary Jamal Khan, treasurer Shah M R Belal, executive member Shah Tufayel, central member Ansar Ahmed Ullah, founding convenor Sanu Miah, founding member Shadhin Khasru and Liana Zaman laid floral wreath at the Shahid Minar in honour of the nine Italians, seven Japanese, one US citizen and an Indian who died in the attack claimed by so-called Isil.
