EC will take constitutional decision on Ishraque’s oath

The Election Commission (EC) will take a constitutional decision on the issue of BNP leader Mohammad Ishraque Hossain’s oath as mayor of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC), said the Appellate Division on Thursday.

The court issued this order after hearing the Election Commission’s speech on gazette issuance.
