Reform set to win Havering, Tories win in Westminster and Labour loses two London councils

* Londoners went to the polls on Thursday with local elections taking place in each of the 32 boroughs and some 1,800 councillors set to be elected

* Reform UK is on the verge of winning Havering, giving the party its first London council

* The Conservatives win Westminster back from Labour, hold Kensington and Chelsea and Bexley, and become the biggest party in Wandsworth, which moves to no overall control

* The Lib Dems hold Richmond-upon-Thames and Sutton but fail to win Merton from Labour. Labour holds on to Hammersmith and Fulham and Ealing

* Counts have been happening in 10 boroughs overnight, while other councils will declare results later on Friday or on Saturday

* Until this vote, Labour had 21 boroughs, the Conservatives had five, the Lib Dems had three, the Aspire Party had one and two were no overall control
