Hindu Aid UK honoured by Embassy of Nepal in London for Flood Relief efforts.

Ansar Ahmed Ullah:

London, 23 October 2026:  Hindu Aid UK has been formally honoured by the Embassy of Nepal in London in recognition of its humanitarian support for the recent flood victims in Nepal.
A Letter of Appreciation was presented to the organisation at a special ceremony held at the Embassy of Nepal. On behalf of the Ambassador, Mr Bipin Duwadi, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., handed over the letter to the trustees of Hindu Aid UK.
Representing Hindu Aid UK at the ceremony were its Honourable Trustees, Mr Mihir Sarkar, Mr Tapan Saha and Mr Ajit Saha.
The Embassy acknowledged and appreciated the swift response and compassionate support extended by Hindu Aid UK to the communities affected by the devastating floods in Nepal, which caused widespread loss of life and displacement earlier this year.
In response, the Trustees of Hindu Aid UK expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Embassy of Nepal for the recognition. They stated that the honour belongs to all donors, volunteers and well-wishers whose generosity made the relief effort possible.
“This recognition inspires us to continue our mission of seva, selfless service. It reflects the spirit of compassion, solidarity and humanity that is at the core of Hindu Aid UK,” the Trustees said.
Hindu Aid UK is a UK-registered charity committed to humanitarian aid, both in the UK and abroad, driven by the Hindu principle of serving humanity.
The organisation has appealed for continued public support to strengthen its ongoing humanitarian initiatives.
