Robber held with arms, ammo in Sylhet

Police have detained the chief of a district robber gang in possession with two firearms and ammunition from his his residence in South Kolabari under Companyganj upazila in Sylhet. A police team from Companyganj besieged the house and detained him around 3:30am Wednesday. Companyganj OC Delwar Hossain said: “Twelve rounds of ammunition and two firearms were recovered from his possession. He will be produced in the court.”
