UK Awami League hosted Iftar

The UK Awami League organised an Iftar on Monday 13th of May at the Atrium Hall. East London.

Attended by hundreds of party workers and guests prior to Iftar gathering a brief address was Chaired by President Sultan Sharif and conducted by General Secretary Syed Shazidur Rahman Faruk.

The said Awami League hosted the Iftar, at the request of Prime Minister Sheik Hasina and her sister Sheikh Rehana, for all Party organisational leaders, workers and supporters, especially for those who welcomed Honourable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina during her stay in London last week. Moulana Kutub uddin lead a special prayer before breaking fast.
