BNP leader Mintoo admitted to hospital

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Vice-Chairman Abdul Awal Mintoo has been admitted to the hospital.

This information was confirmed by his son Tabith Awal.

He was admitted to the United Hospital of the capital at 2am on Saturday when he felt severe pain in his chest.

Tabith said that his father was admitted with all the signs of a heart attack.

Now his condition is stable with consciousness and no pain.
