Ziaur Rahman murder convict Mozaffar will be court-martialled: Minister

Home Minister Salahuddin Ahmed on Monday said that ex-army officer Mozaffar Hossain will be tried at a military court for his conviction in the Ziaur Rahman murder case.

The minister made the remark after visiting the BGB headquarters in the capital.

Mozaffar’s accomplices were also tried at court-martials for their involvement in the assassination almost 45 years ago, Salahuddin told reporters.
