ECNEC meeting underway at Cabinet Division with PM presiding

A meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) commenced on Tuesday (September 29) morning at the Cabinet Division conference room in the Bangladesh Secretariat.

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is presiding over the top-level economic decision-making gathering, which began at 10:00 AM.

The Prime Minister’s Deputy Press Secretary Mostafa Zulfiqar Hasan confirmed the details regarding the conference to the press.

The committee is expected to evaluate, review, and grant approval to several major national development projects and socio-economic infrastructure plans during the session.
