
Ingredients
* 2 cooked beets cut into cubes
* 2 cups watermelon cut into cubes
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh mints
* 1 tbsp or more lemon juice
* Salt and black pepper to taste
* Chili flakes optional
* Feta cheese optional
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine beets, watermelon, and chopped mints.
2. Add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Mix it well.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with feta cheese if you like. And ready to serve. Enjoy!
