The second day of Cosmetica Dhaka 2026, an international exhibition for the cosmetics industry, remained lively at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital.
On the holiday, visitors began arriving at the ICCB premises even before the exhibition opened. The crowd continued to grow as the day progressed. Attendance was also notable on Thursday, the opening day, with a large number of visitors coming to explore products from local and international brands and learn about new offerings.
Various companies have set up stalls showcasing a wide range of beauty and personal care products, including skincare items, cosmetics, fragrances, hair-care products and personal-care essentials.
The exhibition offers visitors opportunities not only to explore products but also to learn directly about the products and services of different brands. Live demonstrations, beauty consultations and business networking sessions are also being held.
SM Faisal Munim, CEO of Squadmind Global Limited, the organiser of the exhibition, said, “We are delighted to organise Cosmetica Dhaka for the second time. Like the first day, we are receiving a positive response from international and local participants, visitors and businesspeople on the second day as well.”
He said, “We want Cosmetica Dhaka to become more than just a product exhibition; we want it to serve as a platform for creating effective connections among entrepreneurs, brands and businesses in the sector.”
On the second day, a panel discussion titled “Industry Talk: The Future of Beauty in Bangladesh” was held. Moderated by SM Faisal Munim, CEO of Squadmind Global Limited, the discussion was attended by several local and international representatives from the beauty and cosmetics industry.
The discussion covered various aspects of the current state, prospects and future of Bangladesh’s beauty and cosmetics industry. It also provided entrepreneurs, brands and businesses involved in the sector with an opportunity to connect and exchange views.
