Kona-Imran mesmerise the US audience with their musical journey

Popular Bangladeshi singers Dishad Nahar Kona and Imran Mahmudul have been captivating the audience across the United States with a series of concerts for more than a month. Accompanied by their team, the singers are scheduled to perform at several stage shows in different US states throughout October under the banner of Deshi Entertainment.

Talking about their ongoing tour, Kona said, “We have already performed in several states across the US. We will continue performing this month, and we also have shows scheduled in several more states next month. After completing those engagements, we plan to return to Bangladesh.”

She described this year’s experience as significantly different from previous tours. “The overwhelming response from the audience at every show has truly touched and amazed me. The love and enthusiasm we have received have made this tour a memorable experience,” she said.

Imran expressed his gratitude to the organisers and the audience for their continued support. “I would like to thank the organisers who are working tirelessly to make these events successful. I am equally grateful to the listeners and fans who are eagerly waiting to enjoy our songs live. We still have several shows scheduled in different states, and I hope we will be able to complete them successfully,” he said.

Kona and Imran are currently regarded as one of the most successful singing duos in Bangladeshi cinema. Both have received National Film Awards for their playback singing. Their latest popular film song together is “Konnare,” featured in the film “Jin 3”.
