Sunamganj District Association declares 171 members executive committee

Sunamganj District Association organised a meeting in Del Centre in East London on 1st June.  A huge number of UK living former residents of Sunamganj took part in the meeting.   Organisation’s convenor Shah Jillul Karim presided over the meeting and Member Secretary Anisuzzaman Azad conducted it.
Prominent politician Abul Lais Miah addressed the audience as the chief guest of the meeting.
Other guests who delivered their speech at the meeting included Advocate Nurul Islam MBE, Shamim Ahmed, Mohammod Arman Ali, Advocate Moinul Islam, Angur Miah, Faruq Miah, Golam Azad Talukdar, Mahmud Ali, Kamruzzaman Sakline, Jahangir Alam Pavel, Jahangir Kamali Lalon, Shah Rejaul Karim, Ansar Miah, Nur Ali, Abdal Hossain, Ataur Rahman Talukdar, Talukdar Raju, Azad Miah and others.
The speakers urged all UK living former residents of Sunamganj to forget their differences and come forward to help the destitute and helpless people of Sunamganj.
In the second part, community activist Golam Jilani Sohel declared a 171 members executive committee announcing Shah Jillul Karim as President and Anisuzzaman Azad as General Secretary.
