IFIC Bank hosts Youth Festival prog in Sylhet

IFIC Bank on Tuesday organised a special workshop on financial literacy in Sylhet under guidance of the Bangladesh Bank, as part of Youth Festival 2025, said a press release.

The workshop was held in collaboration with Sylhet Government Women’s College, at the college’s auditorium.

College principal Bhubanjoy Acharjee chaired the event.

BB Sylhet Office executive director Khaled Ahmed was present as chief guest.

Special guests included Shamsul Islam, vice-principal of Sylhet Government Women’s College, and Khandakar Anwar Ehtesham, head of branding, communications and corporate affairs at IFIC Bank.

The workshop, attended by over 200 students, featured Fariha Haider, head of centralised retail marketing at IFIC Bank, as resource person.

She provided detailed insights on enhancing professional skills, managing personal finances effectively and tackling technological challenges of the future.
