9 airguns recovered in Moulvibazar

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-9) recovered nine airguns during a patrol and special operation in Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar district early Sunday.

According to sources, a team of RAB official conducted a drive in the Purba Jalalpur area under Adampur union at around 12:15 AM and recovered nine pieces of airguns wrapped in jute sacks and hidden inside bushes beside an abandoned house.

RAB-9 confirmed the incident through a press briefing and said that the seized items have been handed over to Kamalganj Police Station for further legal procedures.
