Amicus curiae appointed in Hasina’s contempt of court case

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has appointed an amicus curiae as ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina and Gaibandha BCL leader Shakil Alam Bulbul were not appeared in the court in a contempt of court case.

Senior High Court lawyer AY Moshiuzzaman has been appointed as an amicus curiae.

A three-member tribunal issued this appointment order on Thursday.
