Babita, Champa, Suchanda cast their ballots

Veteran Dhallywood actresses Suchanda, Bobita and Champa cast their ballots on Thursday in the 13th national parliamentary election, joining voters across the country in the democratic process.

The trio voted at Gulshan Model High School around noon, briefly posing for photographs before entering the polling centre.

Speaking to reporters after voting, they expressed optimism about the country’s future.

In a previous interview, Bobita hoped to see a corruption-free environment and people live in peace, adding that the artists should be able to work safely and without obstacles as well.
